Wanneer en waar vindt het Intra Muros Festival plaats?

De eerste editie van het Intra Muros Festival for Early Music – Alden Biesen Castle vond plaats van 9 tot 11 juli 2021 in en rond de Landcommanderij Alden Biesen in Bilzen (B). De tweede editie zal plaatsvinden van 8 tot 10 juli 2022.

Hoe kan ik het Intra Muros Festival steunen?

Je kan het festival steunen als financiële partner, als sponsor of mecenas en als festivalmedewerker. Voor elke vorm van financiële steun vind je gerichte informatie op de pagina ‘Steun het Intra Muros Festival’.

Mag ik foto’s of opnames van de concerten maken?

Het is één van de huisregels van Intra Muros Festival dat het niet is toegestaan foto-, video- of geluidsopnamen te maken tijdens de concerten binnen zonder uitdrukkelijke, schriftelijke toestemming van de festivalorganisatie en de artiesten.
Bij de concerten in open lucht vragen we zo discreet mogelijk te fotograferen.

Zijn alle locaties rolstoeltoegankelijk?

De paden binnen het domein zijn toegankelijk voor rolstoelgebruikers en andersvaliden. De zalen die gebruikt worden voor het festival zijn allemaal rolstoeltoegankelijk.

Kan ik op het festival iets eten/drinken?

Intra Muros Festival en Landcommanderij Alden Biesen bieden verschillende mogelijkheden aan op de site. Verder zijn er verschillende horecagelegenheden, op of naast het domein gelegen. Klik hier voor meer info.

Kan ik logeren op de festivalsite of zijn er andere overnachtingsmogelijkheden?

Het is niet mogelijk om op de site van Alden Biesen zelf te overnachten. Alle andere overnachtingsmogelijkheden kan je hier vinden.

Wie zijn de uitvoerders en wat staat er op het programma?

Een internationale cast van excellente musici, specialisten in hun vakgebied, brengen een repertoire dat kan gaan van de Middeleeuwen tot en met het klassicisme, min of meer van Hildegard van Bingen tot aan de Franse revolutie.

Hoe kan ik vrijwillige medewerker worden bij het Intra Muros Festival?

Is het domein voor iedereen toegankelijk tijdens het festival?

Iedereen blijft natuurlijk welkom in Alden Biesen. Je zal er naast festivalgangers dus ook de gewone bezoekers en wandelaars tegen komen. Uiteraard zijn de concertzalen wel enkel toegankelijk voor de festivalganger.

Wanneer start de ticket verkoop?

Vanaf maart kan je online tickets kopen voor het festival. Je kan dat doen per concert (Single tickets), per interessante combinatie (Combi tickets) of voor het gehele festival (Full combi).

Hoe koop ik tickets voor het Intra Muros Festival?

Het is enkel mogelijk om tickets online te kopen via de website van Intra Muros Festival. Je kan ons wel telefonisch contacteren voor meer informatie, maar niet om tickets te reserveren. Alleen als er nog tickets voorradig zijn kan je eenhalf uur voor elk concert ter plaatse, op het Festivalsecretariaat, nog tickets kopen ofje aanmelden voor de wachtlijst.

Wanneer ontvang ik mijn tickets?

Je ontvangt jouw tickets op de dag van aankoop in jouw mailbox. Bekijk daarom
zeker ook jouw map met ongewenste e-mails of spam, aangezien de
bevestigingsmail ook daar terecht kan komen.

Ik heb mijn tickets niet ontvangen. Wat moet ik nu doen?

Je zou de aangekochte tickets moeten ontvangen hebben in jouw mailbox (kan ook bij de ongewenste mails of spam) reeds op de dag van de aankoop. Indien je ze dan nog niet hebt ontvangen, neem dan contact op via info@intramurosfestival.be

Kan ik mijn tickets ruilen?

Eenmaal gekochte tickets kunnen niet worden omgeruild. Er wordt geen geld gerestitueerd. Tickets kunnen wel aan iemand anders gegeven worden.

Ik heb tickets gekocht voor een concert, maar blijk verhinderd. Kan ik mijn geld terug krijgen?

Het is helaas niet mogelijk eenmaal gekochte tickets terug te nemen, behoudens overmacht. Tickets kunnen wel aan iemand anders gegeven worden.

Tot wanneer kan ik tickets kopen?

Tickets zijn te koop tot vlak voor de voorstelling, zolang er nog plaatsen beschikbaar zijn. Houd er wel rekening mee dat je op tijd bent voor het concert. Na aanvang van het concert laten we niemand meer binnen.

Waar is de festivalkassa te vinden?

Koop je tickets via de website van Intra Muros Festival.

Enkel tijdens het Festival kan je daarvoor terecht op het Festivalsecretariaat. Dit zal duidelijk bewegwijzerd zijn en is dus gemakkelijk te vinden. Alleen als er nog tickets voorradig zijn kan je ter plaatse (een half uur voor elk concert) nog tickets kopen of je aanmelden voor de wachtlijst.

Can I take photos or recordings of the concerts?

It is one of the house rules of Intra Muros Festival that it is not allowed to make photo, video or sound recordings during the concerts indoors without the express written permission of the festival organization and the artists.

At the concerts in the open air, we ask that you photograph as discreetly as possible.

Are all locations wheelchair accessible?

The paths within the domain are accessible for wheelchair users and disabled people. The rooms used for the festival are all wheelchair accessible.

Can I eat / drink something at the festival?

Intra Muros Festival and Grand Commandery Alden Biesen offer various options on the site. There are also various catering establishments, located on or next to the domain. Click here for more info.

Can I stay at the festival site or are there other accommodation options?

It is not possible to spend the night on the Alden Biesen site itself. You can find all other accommodation options here.

Who are the performers and what is on the program?

An international cast of excellent musicians, specialists in their field, present a repertoire that ranges from the Middle Ages to classicalism, more or less from Hildegard van Bingen to the French Revolution.

Is the domain accessible to everyone during the festival?

Everyone is of course welcome in Alden Biesen. In addition to festivalgoers, you will also meet regular visitors and passersby. Of course, the concert halls are only accessible to festival goers.

When will I receive my tickets?

You will receive your tickets in your mailbox on the day of purchase. Be sure to check your spam and unwanted folders as the confirmation e-mail can also end up in there.

I have not received my tickets. What should I do now?

You should have received the purchased tickets in your mailbox (can also be in the unwanted e-mails or spam) on the day of the purchase. If you have not yet received them by then, please contact us at info@intramurosfestival.be

Can I exchange my tickets?

Once purchased tickets cannot be exchanged. No money is refunded. Tickets can be given to someone else.

I bought tickets for a concert, but I am unable to attend. Can I get my money back?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to take back tickets once purchased, except in cases of force majeure. Tickets can be given to someone else.

Until when can I buy tickets?

Tickets are on sale until just before the performance, as long as there are still places available. Keep in mind that you have to arrive on time for the concert. After the concert has started we will not let anyone in anymore.

Where can you find the festival box office?

Buy your tickets on the website of Intra Muros Festival.

You can only contact the Festival Secretariat during the Festival. This will be clearly signposted and thus easy to find. Only if tickets are still available, you can buy tickets on the spot (half an hour before each concert) or register for the waiting list.
